Matt O'Harra
In November 2020, Matt answered the call to become Pastor of First Baptist Church. Matt was raised in Gahanna, Ohio and received Christ as His Savior while in high school after listening to the gospel messages of Dr. Charles Stanley on the InTouch radio ministry. After a period of “chasing the American dream” he answered the call to ministry in 2013 while on an overseas deployment with the Ohio Army National Guard. In 2020 he received his M.A. in Religion from Southern Evangelical Seminary (SES).
Matt is bi-vocational and also serves as the chaplain for American Legion Post 500 in Fredericktown. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and sharing the saving message of grace found in Jesus Christ.
